Hotmelt Butyl Insulated Glass Sealant

SiegelGlaze B75 is a hotmelt butyl glass sealant, formulated from the highest quality resins for the optimal service life and performance as an insulated glass sealant.

This high-performance sealant has been specifically developed for IG manufactures and posses optimal line performance properties. SiegelGlaze B75 is fast flowing, low stringing and possesses quick setting properties make it ideal for IG producers requiring the ability to handle and move sealed units within a short time of manufacture.

This formulation offers IGU manufacturers much lower argon permeability rates and  moisture transmission rates increasing the service life and performance of the glass unit.

Two Component Secondary Insulated Glass Sealant

SiegelGlaze PS200 is a two-component secondary sealant for insulated glass manufacturing. Engineered on a Polysulfide Monomer base, this sealant possesses very good adhesion to glass, Aluminium and stainless-steel materials. This formulation provides a higher level of chemical, moisture and gas resistance meaning the highest level of argon retention and lower level of moisture penetration.

The inherent properties of a polysulfide IGU seal particularly in extreme cold means better overall performance and physical stability of the cured seal.

Polyisobutylene Primary Insulated Glass Sealant

SiegelGlaze PIB250 is a one-component, solvent free primary sealant for insulating glass. Based on polyisobutylene to provide consistent hardness for the lifetime of the unit. This sealant provide exceptional adhesion to all substrates commonly used in IGU’s and provides superior argon and vapor transmission resistance.

Thermoplastic Insulated Glass Spacer

SiegelGlaze TPS150 is the ultimate warm edge spacer for the manufacturing of insulating glass units. Based on polyisobutylene (PIB) resin, this formulation includes an innovative blend of thermoplastic elastomer and included desiccant for humidity elimination.

SiegelGlaze TPS150 will maintain its plasticity and sealing properties throughout a wide temperature range and will not harden and crack with extensive UV exposure. SiegelGlaze TPS150 is the ultimate thermoplastic spacer technology for optimal IGU service life.

Recommended to be used in conjunction with a SiegelGlaze two component polysulfide
sealant.
