SiegelAuto PU25 is a non-slumping, fast curing, one component polyurethane adhesive for vehicle direct glazing. Specifically formulated for produce fast and safe driveaway on vehicle fitted with airbags in less than 1 hour. Rheologically optimised to hold form after being applied without slumping even in high ambient temperatures. Recommended for experienced users only.

Both surfaces must be dry, clean and free from grease, oil, dust and contaminants. The bond faces must be treated and primed as per EOM and industry requirements. Windshields without ceramic coatings need proper UV protection.
It is recommended to apply SiegelAuto PU25 with a battery operated or air powered application gun. Take into account for viscosity increases at low ambient temperatures. To ensure a uniform thickness of the bond line it is recommend to cut the nozzle and apply the adhesive in the form of a triangular bead. The open time of the sealant is significantly less in a high humidity and high temperature climates. Always install the glass within the open time, never install the glass after a skin has formed on the sealant.

SiegelPrime 1K is a black solvent-based moisture curing primer for autoglass replacement. This primer is specifically formulated as a pre-treatment prior to application of SiegelAuto PU25 sealant. This primer ensures optimal sealant adhesion to both the bonded surfaces.
