Product Description

SiegelProof P12 is a moisture curing polyurethane primer and surface membrane which is single component, non-flammable and solvent free. This sealer is engineered as a moisture vapor barrier for cement-based substrates including green slabs that are not subject to rising damp and have a residual humidity content up to 95% RH (ASTM P2170) as per AS1884-2012).

SiegelProof P12 is vapor barrier and does not guarantee against Hydrostatic Pressure or Rising Damp. While moisture testing may indicate acceptable moisture ranges for application of SiegelProof P12, it may not indicate whether Hydrostatic Pressure is present. If Hydrostatic Pressure is evident or a moisture barrier is required, we recommend the use of SiegelProof 2K Moisture Barrier.

Suitable Substrates

Suitable for concrete, screen, Cementous subfloors including green slabs.

Applications

SiegelProof P12 can be applied onto concrete substrates as a Polyurethane Primer and Green Slab Sealer Vapour Barrier.

It rapidly cures to a tack free film allowing the subsequent application of coverings approximately 2 hours after initial application.
