Product Description
Product Description
SiegelGlaze B75+ is a high-performance butyl hot melt sealant for sealing insulated glass units. Being free from fillers and extenders, this formula is engineered to provide superior bonding and market leading IGU transmission performance.
Packaging:
6.5kg block
210kg drum
Applications
Applications
SiegelSeal B75 can be used through all known types of hot melt sealant application machines.
Any coatings must be edge deleted before the manufacture of IG units to allow full contact of the sealant to a clean glass surface. It should not be used in non-edge deleted applications unless approved by the glass supplier. The workplace should be kept clean to avoid contamination of glass or spacers during assembly, and the ambient temperature of the glass and spacers is best kept above +15°C for optimum results. Contact between SiegelSeal B75 hot melt butyl edge seal and any solvent or oil containing glazing compound should be avoided.
